What does the line "Remaining time on..." and "Unused time on..." mean on my invoice?
On my invoice, two items are mentioned: "Remaining time on..." and "Unused time on…". What does this mean?
When you add a seat or upgrade your site plan, we will calculate a prorated amount for the remaining time in your billing cycle based on the new situation. The "Remaining time" line will show the charge for the remaining duration of your billing cycle with the new changes. The "Unused time" line indicates that we will refund you for the time you have already paid for in the current billing cycle but will not be using due to the change or upgrade.
