Fox & Graham's property listings used to live inside a LoopNet iframe. Not anymore.

The listings were the hard part. LoopNet has no public API for syncing data. The easy path was an Embed component, but on a site meant to look established, the one page selling the properties would've been the one page that looked rented.

So I rebuilt it.

→ 28 listings as a custom card component powered by Framer CMS

→ Own URL, own design, no third-party UI showing through

→ Homepage video header, scroll-based motion throughout

First 30 days after launch:

→ 230 visitors, 560 pageviews

→ /properties was the second most-viewed page

→ Google became the top traffic source
