Account Manager

We’re looking for a responsible and organized candidate to oversee the end-to-end management of existing customers at Framer.

Overview

Account Managers are responsible for owning the entire relationship with our existing customers, including onboarding, training, expansion, and renewal. AMs are a hybrid with customer success and are responsible for onboarding and training customers, as well as expanding their base of business. In this role you’ll wear a lot of hats and should have a passion for building a customer relationship and a desire to learn design and code (experience with either is a plus). Our clients include Facebook, Uber, Twitter, Google, Dropbox, and AirBnB, so you should easily be able to share our value with the design community.

What you’ll do

  • Onboard world-class designers and companies to Framer
  • Grow existing accounts, understanding each organization and prospecting new business within the org
  • Own customer relationship from onboarding to renewal
  • Use your experience to help shape the team and strategy
  • Learn the product inside and out (and have a desire to learn)

Your experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business or relevant degree
  • Account Management and/or Customer Success experience at a high-growth company
  • Experience managing sales cycle at a high-growth startup
  • Proven track record of successfully driving customer success and partnerships
  • Historical performance of consistently hitting and/or exceeding quotas and objectives
  • Native English proficiency
  • High level of curiosity in tech/design a must, technical and design background a plus
