Performance Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a talented and experienced Marketing Manager who will oversee multi-functional efforts to drive user acquisition and growth marketing efforts to help achieve aggressive revenue targets.

Overview

As a Performance Marketing Manager, you’ll be a key hire for Framer’s newly formed Growth team, which is committed to using data, insights, design thinking, and rapid experimentation to drive user growth. You’ll make a tangible impact across the business and look after the health of Framer’s customer acquisition activity by driving sustainable user and revenue growth across our platform. As our expert with a “can-do” attitude, you’ll work closely with a world-class multidisciplinary product, engineering, design, and analytics team. You’ll be primarily responsible for holistic ownership of our customer acquisition focusing on the paid acquisition front.

What you’ll do

  • Build, automate, and optimize the performance marketing portfolio of demand-generation and acquisition
  • Work smartly across channels including Facebook, Google Adwords, YouTube, and other performance channels
  • Explore opportunities with influencer marketing
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on acquisition KPIs and generate data-driven hypotheses to improve overall business metrics
  • Collaborate with Product Growth on improving subscriber conversion ratio (via A/B testing, landing pages, offers, conversion funnels, re-targeting, etc.)
  • Use analytics, business intelligence data (LTV, CAC, RPU, Churn, CRM, etc.), and tools to draw better insights about our customers for marketing campaigns
  • Share expertise within a cross-functional team to inform product delivery and approach

Your background

  • 3+ years of growth marketing experience with an emphasis on customer acquisition through performance marketing, preferably at a high-growth start-up
  • Knowledge with campaign setup & management across main channels (Google, FB, Display)
  • Experience building a comprehensive digital marketing strategy from the ground up, with demonstrable success in nurturing online marketing programs
  • Established and assured adherence to budgets
  • A product growth mindset, data-driven and highly creative, with the sense of ownership and humility to get things done
  • Able to be objective and measure granular performance balanced with big-picture strategic work
  • Experience with subscription-based freemium business models and/or B2B SaaS is a plus
