Sales Recruiter

We’re looking for a responsible and driven sales personality to help support the growth of the sales team through strong hiring and organizational skills.

Overview

This role offers many opportunities for success at Framer. While we’re looking for an extremely organized individual to help the Sales and Customer Success team scale, we are also open to helping the best candidate grow their own career within the company, including within areas such as sales, sales operations, HR, etc.

What you’ll do

  • Understand and master the process of sourcing and screening sales/CS candidates
  • Conduct phone screens to vet prospective candidates
  • Manage the full spectrum of recruiting workflow: sourcing, screening, reference checks, scheduling interviews, coordinating feedback, and negotiating offers and updating information in applicant tracking system
  • Manage and coordinate all communications with candidates during the interview and hiring process while maintaining strong relationships with active and passive candidates
  • Take initiative to develop job descriptions with VP of Sales by understanding required skills and background, the impact on the role, and the ideal fit for the team and organization
  • Other sales admin functions as needed

Your background

  • Creative and can think outside the box
  • Extremely organized and great at multitasking
  • Outgoing and enjoys interacting/networking with others
  • Native English proficiency and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Incredibly ambitious and highly self-motivated
  • Experience at a startup/high-growth company a plus
