Support Specialist

We’re looking for a friendly and enthusiastic customer champion who wants to help our users understand Framer better and help them with their general questions through our help channels.

Overview

Framer is used by the best designers in the world to create high-fidelity, interactive designs and prototypes. As a support specialist, you’ll be responsible for making sure our community gets assistance for issues ranging from bugs in the product to account-related questions.

What you’ll do

  • Answer product-related questions through Intercom, Twitter, Facebook group, and other Social Media channels
  • Help users with cancellation requests
  • Coordinate bug reports and feature requests with our product teams
  • Assist the rest of the Framer team with their questions

Your background

  • Experience working with customers in a support role
  • Experience with Framer Classic and/or Framer X and are willing to learn to become even better
  • Proactive in helping users with all their questions
  • Able to write help articles for customers around common questions
  • A design or engineering background is a plus
  • Curious to continue learning about web/product design
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in written English
