Framer is looking for a born multi-tasker to assist in daily operations, customer support and community outreach. You’ll have the opportunity to directly impact Framer’s culture, both internally and externally. We speak to an international audience, so native English is a must.
We’re looking for someone to help our Operations Manager keep the office running smoothly. On any given day, this could include handling everything from agenda management and travel coordination, to helping with legal, HR, and finance administrative tasks.
We produce and curate tons of in-house design and content, often publishing daily to Facebook, Twitter and secondary social channels. Your role will be to help the Content Strategist monitor the web for all things Framer-related, as well as search for exciting prototypes and interesting design content to share across our channels.
Community and Support
With over 15,000 community members, Framer has a very active group on Facebook, one which we support, encourage and engage with on a daily basis. It will be your role to help monitor and escalate any questions or feedback we receive through the group. On top of that, we have a separate support email channel where you will assist customers with issues and questions.
