Working on the Hero for my new Framer portfolio — “Framer, pushed further.”
I built an interactive exploded website system that separates a live site into five layers: Design, Code, Content, Motion, and Search.
Hovering each layer brings that part of the experience forward, while LIVE WEBSITE assembles everything back into the final site.
Built inside Framer as a custom React component. I’m still refining the responsive version, but the desktop interaction is live here:

Hero animation for Qollective, built in Framer.
The brief: play on the letter Q through Agent Q from Bond. Q is the quartermaster who never pulls the trigger, he gives 007 the tools to win. Same idea behind Qollective, they build the infrastructure that gives sales teams their edge.
I turned that into an animated SVG Q. The outline draws itself with thin strokes looping around a glowing core, no hard start or stop, so it reads as a living system, not a static logo.

Custom Rive animation for Elano Studio
Three custom Rive animations for Elano, a German subscription studio for Shopify brands. Designed alongside the type and color system in Figma, so the motion behaves like the rest of the brand rather than sitting on top of it.
All vector, so it stays sharp at any size. Running through Rive instead of video meant I could tune timing and easing after the site was already live, without re-exporting anything. It drops into Framer cleanly as a component.
Cumulative Layout Shift on mobile is 0.021. The motion never shifts the layout while the page loads.

Connected Claude Code to Framer's new External Agent (not MCP, the native one from Framer 3.0). Gave it one vague brief — "test flower shop site" — and it built 3 pages with a working CMS collection in 18 minutes. Genuinely impressive.
Then asked it to handle SEO metadata and alt text. Titles, descriptions, Open Graph — all correct, even the dynamic bindings on CMS product pages. Alt text was a different story: it published as a literal var(--variable-...) string on every product image. Asked it to fix that, and it replaced the broken binding with one identical generic alt text across all six products. Reported both as done.
The lesson: the agent's summary is a claim, not a verification. It doesn't read back the published HTML, so it can't actually tell what shipped versus what it attempted. Worth a 10-minute manual check on any real build — dump the <head>, compare two CMS items, grep for var(--.
