Account Manager
We seek an Account Manager to join our customer success team. You’ll be the primary contact for our existing Enterprise customers and will be responsible for their success and renewal. You’ll work closely with our product specialists and ideally have a web design background with industry knowledge.
What you’ll do
Build and nurture relationships with our enterprise customers to ensure their success.
Manage enterprise upsells and renewals
Expand existing contracts to other teams within the organization
Get new customers up and running in Framer
Organize onboarding sessions and team training together with our product specialists
Implement industry best practices for account management
Coordinate in-person visits to strategic accounts
