Cloud Engineer

We’re looking for a Cloud Engineer to help design, build, and maintain the cloud infrastructure powering Framer. You’ll work on creating scalable, reliable systems using infrastructure-as-code, ensuring performance, reliability, and maintainability while enabling seamless site hosting for our users.

What you’ll do

Build and maintain essential features for our site that hosts the core product.
Use infrastructure as code (Terraform) to create a maintainable and healthy infrastructure ecosystem.
Make critical decisions on reliability, scalability, and performance.
Define and implement backend architecture and infrastructure strategies.
Ensure code quality through reviews, mentoring, and standards adherence.
Focus on building robust systems that scale.

What you’ll bring

7+ years of infrastructure engineering experience at a product company.
Expertise in Terraform and good knowledge of Golang.
Experience building and operating large-scale distributed systems.
Familiarity with microservices, container technologies (Docker), and cloud infrastructure (AWS).
Strong organizational and self-management skills.
A focus on quality, scalability, and performance.
