Support for Enterprise

Support for Enterprise is offered differently compared to our self-serve options. We provide direct support across multiple platforms, including Slack, Microsoft Teams, and email.

At Framer, we take pride in helping our customers, no matter how complex the situation may be. Our team of Product Specialists and Engineers is always ready to assist wherever possible. We understand that different companies have different needs—whether you use Slack or Teams, we’ve got you covered.

While we can assist with most scenarios, please note that we are unable to offer support for:

  • Modifying your projects for you

  • Code-related support

  • Third-party tools

Requesting Support

When speaking with your account executive, you can request support through your preferred platform. Let them know if you’d like to use Slack or Microsoft Teams, and we’ll set up the channel for you! For email support, there’s no setup required—simply reach out to ent-support@framer.com.

We treat all platforms equally and utilize a unified system to manage incoming requests. This ensures quick response times and allows us to resolve your issues as efficiently as possible.
