Sharing accounts on Framer

What is account sharing?

Accounts on Framer are used to identify users and are required to build and collaborate on sites. User accounts are personal and cannot be shared with multiple people. Every editor in a workspace or project must have their own account, accessed only by them. Sharing an account is against our Terms and Conditions (section 2.3).

What happens if I share my account?

You will receive a notification if account sharing is detected. If this happens frequently, your account may be suspended.

I received a message saying I’m sharing my account, but I’m not. What should I do?

If you are not sharing your account but still receive a notification, it may be due to using Framer on multiple devices. In this case, you can ignore the message.
